TikTok SEO begins with a question worth answering. Repeating a keyword cannot make an unclear video useful. Creator Search Insights offers a way to explore searched topics; your job is to decide which questions fit your audience and which answers you can demonstrate credibly.
Identify the search intent
Separate a request for instructions from a request for recommendations. “How to clean a coffee machine” needs a procedure. “Coffee machine for a small kitchen” needs decision criteria. The shared product name does not make them the same content brief.
Write down the exact problem and the outcome a viewer should leave with. Available features and data may vary by account. If a report is missing, record that limitation instead of filling the gap with an estimated number presented as fact.
Choose relevance over a large-looking topic
Assess audience fit, your ability to add an original example and the clarity of the answer. A narrower question can be a better editorial choice than a broad trend unrelated to your work.
Treat search suggestions as research signals. They are not guarantees of distribution, Google search-volume figures or forecasts of sales. Keep those different kinds of evidence separate.
Turn the question into a script
Introduce the problem in natural language, show the answer and explain the condition that could change it. For a tutorial, that might be the material, equipment or experience required. Use relevant captions rather than unrelated keyword lists.

Record the topic, question, publication date and available observations. Read comments for missing steps or unexpected use cases. Build a related follow-up around a new question rather than republishing the same answer with a slightly different title.
